    The Manager of the Orange and Bathurst Radio Rentals promised me that she would send me by the end of the day contact details for some one to talk to as the dispute resolution team and Thorn groups managing director/CEO James Marshall refuse to make contact or reply to any of our phone calls or emails regarding the bed bug infested lounge suite they rented to my daughter and subsequently infested her entire home.
