    If i could give rating of zero i would. Mitsubishi service department is an absolute joke. After picking my car up 3 hours late and numerous phone calls stating they were on their way, as soon i said i was going somewhere else they picked my car up in 5 minutes. Then to add to my experience they called me at 1 pm to say that they will organise the valve adjustment another time so they could get the car to me by 4pm which is when i needed it for work. When 4:20 came and it still wasnt there they said they decided to do the vavle adjustment but forgot to call me. They said it would be 10 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later they finally finished it. I had to call an employee in to lock the shed as they had my keys. I travel 40 minutes home from work everyday. Missed an important appointment and they just didnt care. Absolute joke and will tell everyone who mentions Mitsubishi Orange that they are a joke and the customer service there is non existant. I only hope this doesnt get deleted and someone from Mitsubishi sees this and looks into it further.
