  So good to deal with professionals who know what they're doing. Excellent service fixing my Mercedes ML500 and staff were very pleasant and considerate. A lovely customer waiting room with raisin toast and coffee supplied while you wait. Very pleased with the repair cost charged. Thanks West Orange Motors, I'll be back I'm sure for some more of your raisin toast

  Car wouldn’t start and was believed to be the timing chain. Took 15 hours to take apart my VW to diagnose, then to tell me it wasn’t the timing chain, and went on to charge me $2,300 just to take it apart.

  The found issue was scoring of the bores. The mechanic stated that it require a complete new engine that would cost me $10, 000 or for a second hand engine that would cost $8, 000.

  Deal with extreme care. They will keep your vehicle for a week and when you go to pick it up, find out they haven't done the job. Then when they do get around to it they fitted second hand electrical parts (computer) instead of the new one paid for. Instant faults where dishonestly claimed to be 'pre-existing'. When that second hand part then damages other functions of the vehicle, they will then try and charge you $1000's for those replacements. When that doesn't work (and after they were caught fitting 2nd hand parts) and having the vehicle for nearly 2 months (no I am NOT kidding) they return it in a worse condition than when they got it (broke down within 7km and never reaching 60kph) AND with an altered odometer. DON'T get me started about CHRYSLER!! 10 months later my vehicle is STILL not fixed from this stuff up.

  After paying, I went to get a second opinion from a mechanic and a machinist, with both saying that they couldn’t see how it wouldn’t run and found no scoring of cylinder 3 as stated by West Orange Motors.
