  Great to have an alternative to the ultra cheap ( in price and quality) of Kmart.

  Like every other Big W except I found some staff unwilling to assist when an advertised product was unavailable in store. Wouldn't take my number to advise when it was in stock nor take an order...'just keep checking in store'. Not very helpful.

  Crazy shopping. Least the service is a thousand times better than Kmart. People are leaving stuff and just walking out because the service is so slow and not enough people working. At least Big W are on the ball.
