  I cannot understand the previous low ratings for here. It is a lovely compact accommodation in a quiet tree lined street (autumn colours are magnificent). Do NOT expect a full-sized serviced city apartment and you will not be disappointed - and eating out in Orange is part of the reason for being there and there are some good restaurants within easy walking distance. Although small, everything is clean and comfortable and the reverse cycle air con works a treat. Pamela and Mark are lovely hosts and Bailey the friendly dog is no longer a puppy but great fun nevertheless. Give it a go!

  Great location and has everything you need. It is basic accommodation at a reasonable price. It was light and airy and clean. The host was friendly and the dog too, but if you are not a dog lover he may annoy you sometimes jumping up on you. More attention to detail would have been appreciated eg a soap holder in the shower, a small loaf of fresh bakery bread instead of a Helga's whole packet for 2 people, some fresh fruit as part of the breakfast provisions and plunger coffee would have been nice. The bed creaks and is not the most comfortable bed I have slept in but it does the job.

  I have stayed here a couple of times. Love the place. Very cozy and hommie feeling. Pamela is an excellent host. Her attention to detail is great and this is reflected in all her cottages. You always get a warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. It's perfect for 1 person and if you don't intend to cook. Love Bailey the dog!
