  We didn't attempt the breakfast - I've never before stayed anywhere which described itself as a B&B which charged so much for breakfast. I would expect it from a motel, not from a "B&B".

  Recently had a weekend in Orange and stayed at the Greentrees Guest House.

  The room that we had was reasonable, but I'd find it hard to recommend this place to anyone. For starters, twice we had to run the gauntlet of the staff members smoking directly outside the entrance of the main house (where our room was located), and both mornings we were woken by the owner (who seeming doesn't communicate in a level below SHOUTING), having extremely loud conversations directly outside our room.

  Spent a couple of days here while on a business trip. I found it to be a clean spacious comfortable place. The heating worked well too.

  This place cancelled my confirmed booking because they were only interested in getting someone else in for a longer stay. They are only concerned with money and not customer service, were extremely rude and would say try somewhere else! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

  The accommodation was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well considering it was -6deg on Sat.morning. Jasmin was a wonderful host and presented a beautiful dinner for our brother inlaw who celebrated his 70th birthday on 3rd July. The apple and berry pie was to die for and the chateau briand was great with a good variety of vegetables. Would recommend this guest house in preference to a motel and it may even be more reasonably priced. Try it you may be pleasantly surprised.

  Do not stay here. We booked for a Saturday night so that my partner can take part in a bike riding event in Orange on the Sunday. We then booked and paid for the bike event. Weeks later the owner has called us and said I can't take your booking unless you can stay for 2 nights. She was really really rude - she even said "You have cut my income in half". Not sure how that is our fault - you accepted the booking ! So now we are left with no where to stay as Orange is booked out.
