  I took my kids to the doctors today and took my scripts to the chemist warehouse when i paid and left the shop i noticed the measurements looked to much for the kids to be taking i rang the chemist warehouse to ask if that sounded right. The lady who i spoke to was most helpful and tried to ring the doctors to clarify but office was closed she then said she would ring in the morning and then i ring her and not to give the children the medicine. Well at 10 tonight freezing cold the male pharmacists rocked and gave me the correct dose. Fantastic Service 110% happy thankyou chemist warehouse.

  Absolutely poorly run. I went in to have a perscription filled and said i would wait. They gave me a buzzer. 10-15 minute wait.....i could deal with, but an hour is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

  customer service still average at best but i have had pleasant experiences,, good assistance from Dionneta and Annie so thank you girls your help goes a long way

  in the past I have had horrible experiences at this store , no products I wanted in stock, horrible customer service (and racist employees) etc. .
