  I had made a booking today which was cancelled. My booking was cancelled for the 27th December for the 35 Kite Studio for Apartments on the Park because, and I quote from a voicemail left by the owner 'it's just not worth it'. I have found a number of other weekdays where this unit is available for booking for the same price a night and have a number of screenshots to prove this. There is NO mention on the website that there is a 2 night minimum for this room, and even booking through the owner's website, there is no mention of it as well for this unit, although a $10 surcharge may apply for the 1 night booking, which would have been acceptable. I have screen shots of the lack of information as well on both this site and on the orange tourism website where the booking was made. I am extremely angry and disappointed that the information was incorrect and the fact that the owner can just cancel my booking because he 'doesn't feel like it' is completely unacceptable. Giving an excuse that there are no cleaners at that time is not a valid excuse either, considering there are other bookings made at this time period, as well as other, larger rentals available during this period as well. I hope in the future you become a responsible accommodation owner and check and update your information is correct on the multiple places it is listed to as you say it is. Due to the nature of treatment I was given by the owner and basically told 'too bad, book somewhere else, here's your refund' by the visitor centre, I recommend others to STAY AWAY from this accommodation!!!! I would have expected a higher level of customer service and am overall upset and disappointed by my treat all around!
