  Awful company, the minute you sign a lease they stop being helpful or professional. Haven't had heating or the air conditioning fixed in 10 months now. A whole host of even more problems and paying a ridiculous amount in rent for a falling apart unit that they won't even take our calls. By far the worst real estate company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, recommend going with literally any other company.

  My partner and i were renting this little old farm house that had a lot of trouble, drain pipes were falling off during storms, the pump doesn't turn off and has to be turned off by power switch outside, there was mice infestation when we moved in and in general we had a lot of trouble and the realestate did nothing about it so owner told us we were better off going through her. They screw up our weekly rent in February and changed it to fortnightly out of nowhere then suddenly changed it back and said we were in debt! Owner of the property has changed realestates due to these people. They are rude, arrogant and very stuck up people that talk to you like you're a criminal.
