  Disgusting customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes to deposit a cheque. However when I got to the counter the employee realised it didn't have my last name on it. She then asked me to leave the line so she could keep serving and said to come back to the front once I'd done that. She then did not acknowledge me again and continued to serve other people. Go to east Orange if you want decent service.

  Atleast half the people that work here are so rude especially the old man should be fired.

  As the main post office in town, there are certainly times when the line is out the door. Best to visit in 'off peak' times.

  In general this post office is awful if you require anything more complicated than buying stamps and even that comes with a surly comment. Go to east orange post office or the west orange newsagent (post outlet) at greengate both of whom offer good service and good customer support.

  I don't see what everyone's problem is. I drop all my parcels, cheques, and mail at the counter, correctly labelled and addressed and I've never had a problem.
