    I like this agency- I do pre purchase pest and building inspections, unlike some agents, these guys are ALLWAYS helpful with getting me in to do inspections, I maybe a hindrance to the sale but they are a pleasure to deal with.

    This agency worked with the landlord to kick us out of the property that we were renting. We didn't know we fell 2 weeks behind in rent. We fixed it up as soon as they gave the eviction papers. Now that we have moved out as of 19/02/2017. We are still waiting for our bond money to come back to us. They could have given us a letter to let us know we were behind in rent and lets us catch it up before kicking us out but NO they just wanted us out. This real estate is a bad real estate to deal with. We need the bond money NOW.
