  I applied for about 15 properties in total over 5 days and spoke to and emailed several agents in Orange, and Raine & Horne were by far the most helpful, other than the agent I eventually rented with, but it could have gone either way (I was simply able to move in sooner to one house over the other, which can't be helped).

  Not the best experience with these guys..however it all started well when they promptly organised inspections for properties I wanted to see. Eventually I found the place suitable for me. This unit was empty for 6 weeks and available immediately. I applied one hour after inspection (nobody else was there) and pointed out I would like to move ASAP. That was Friday late afternoon. I received no call on Monday and Tuesday so I went to see those guys just to find out that the unit had been snapped by someone else. Such a coincidence...why they didn't tell me on first place that they had already received the application from someone to avoid my dissapointment? Why the unit which is empty for 6 weeks and available at 5pm on Friday is no longer available on Monday morning?Sometimes I feel there is some kind of real estate mafia running business in Orange.

  I only had a brief experience with this agent while trying to rent a property in Orange at short notice while still being based up in Coffs Harbour. It was slightly unusual, in that I was unable to inspect properties (I couldn't get down to viewings because of work commitments in Coffs), but Shania and the team at R&H were extremely helpful and polite in all their interactions with me. They understood my situation completely, quickly checked my references with Property Agents in Coffs and my personal referee's and ensured the potential landlord's knew that I would be a bona-fide tenant.

  Word of warning do not rent through these horrible agents. They will cost you an arm and a leg at the end of your tenancy! Even for the upmost descent people in society who keep there homes clean.
