    Genuinely unhelpful staff. Probably an idea when you are doing a trade that you tell people you don't have the item you are trading for. That way I don't drive home, grab the items and come back only to be told you are sold out.

    They actually do a pretty good job. I bought a game in Port Macquarie that was dud, and the staff here let me swap it in for a new copy.

    It's pretty good good variety of games but so does the x box store

    Most staff go out of their way to assist you when browsing through the store. Amazingly friendly staff, a good preordering system and a ton of games for sale. 10/10.

    Unfriendly staff and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Big W sell the same games on release for pretty much half the price.
