  The worst wait times I have ever experienced!!. Never return calls, don't adhere to booking times. Not enough staff there and not enough space. We literally hate going there for anything!! Optus provide better customer service.

  4 days ago I purchased a prepaid SIM card (30$) for the month. I sat down and spoke to a woman about what I'd like it to come with, all I wanted was to have was data pretty much, I picked the one which had 3gb of data etc and went home to activate it. However shortly after this, about half an hour after using my data it ran out, only to find out from another Telstra phone like it only contained 200mb of data, for the past four days I have called the Telstra store in Orange over 40 times to see how it can be resolved and no one has answered. (I can't go into the store because the day I bought it I had to travel to Mildura) now I'm 30 dollars down and unhappy with what I have been provided with! Answer your phone!

  Phone not replaced under warranty due to small scratch on outer edge of phone from being in pocket with car keys. Has to be sent away for a couple of weeks.
